Sania Galundia along with Krittika Kumari had an informative talk about Art History with our girls. They taught us the fundamental difference between working as a curator in a museum, as compared to that of a private art gallery. They broadened our horizons with respect to; conservation of ancient heritage in India. Furthermore, they enlightened us on the transformation of Art and how it has flourished, transcended into different forms over the course of centuries.
Rohini Singh with her creative mind engaged our students in a thought provoking activity. Wherein our girls had to close their eyes and envision a picture in their minds. After which, they had to lift their brushes and draw what they envisioned without lifting the brush off the paper, or opening their eyes. It was a zealous activity for our girls who were delighted with their work at the end of the workshop.
Shivani Choudhary in the workshop talked about Art and Design Methodology. She touched upon various topics such as Pop art, Cubism, Surrealism, Kintsukuroi and Bio mimicry.
