“JUST KIDDING!” (Sr.) -Prelim

The Sociology and Political Science society hosted the Preliminary round for the senior category of the series “JUST KIDDING!” on July 16, 2021. As the name suggests, “JUST KIDDING” is a stand-up comedy contest for the students of classes 9th to 12th, during which the participants are expected to deliver a 2-minute long comic act on any socio-political event. The competition has been divided into two parts: the junior section- comprising 9th and 10th grade and the senior section- comprising classes 11th and 12th.

The participants’ performances were commendable and not only elicited laughs from the audience, but also gave them a lot to think about. Ma’am Kavita Oberoi and Ma’am Madhuri Verma, graciously donated their time to judging the event. From this round, 4 students will be selected for the final round, which will be conducted on the 23rd of July 2021.
