Silver Jubilee Commemorative Young Thinker’s Conclave 2023

Mayo College Girls’ School hosted the 12th edition of the Silver Jubilee Commemorative Young Thinker’s Conclave from 7th to 9th August. In this conclave, the school hosted 8 events including English Debate, Hindi Debate, English Creative Writing, Hindi Creative Writing, English Dramatics, Hindi Dramatics, Multimedia and Quiz. All the events were really well curated and executed by the school under the guidance of Sir Parnab Mukherjee. Sir Mukherjee P. is one of the leading pedagogues of South Asia, a knowledge resource curator, and a performance consultant by profession. Sir also directed the Mid-Term Public Outreach Theatre Production ‘Shades of Urmila’ wherein 8 students from classes 10-12 performed monologues and theatrical movements. Our students won the following prizes:

Our English Creative Writing team of Siddhi Deshmukh, Riddhi Bajla & Vama Garg bagged the third position with Siddhi Deshmukh being awarded with the 2nd Critic’s Choice Award.

The English Debate team comprising Shubhra Sarup, Keya Choudhury, Faeza Yousuf & Radhika Tibbrewal bagged the third position overall. Keya Choudhury won the individual prize, Best Speaker in the Block & Tackle Round.

The English Drama team of Simran Aneja, Suryadita Singh Geejgarh & Riddhi Bajla bagged the second position.

In the Multimedia Movie Making Event, Shreshtha Modi & Srivani Agarwal secured the third position. While our quiz team of Prisha Singh & Keya Choudhury made us proud in the final round of the quiz, Prisha Singh also won the Most Promising Quizzer Award.

हिंदी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता परिणाम- प्रथम स्थान मेयो कॉलेज गर्ल्स स्कूल, अजमेर (टीम अ), द्वितीय स्थान मेयो कॉलेज गर्ल्स स्कूल, अजमेर (टीम ब) ने प्राप्त किया।

हिंदी सृजन-अभिव्यक्ति : मन की उड़ान स्वरचित काव्य रचना और अभिनय में प्रथम स्थान मेयो कॉलेज गर्ल्स स्कूल, अजमेर, द्वितीय स्थान सनबीम सनसिटी स्कूल एंड हॉस्टल और तृतीय स्थान मयूर स्कूल, अजमेर ने प्राप्त किया।
